🛍️ Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange in case of wrong product or size issues, within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).

Products will be exchanged for the correct size or correct item of equal value.

No extra charge for the first exchange – we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

If the new product has a higher price, the price difference must be paid online.

Product must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, folded properly, with labels intact and securely packed.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.
💸 Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only in genuine cases of defective product delivery.

To raise a return for a defective item, email us at support@neofynd.com with your order ID, issue details, and photos of the product.

If accepted, the refund will be credited to the original payment method or the bank details provided by you.

Slight color/design variation from website or ads is not considered a defect.

In exceptional cases where return is accepted without any fault from our end, a ₹100 deduction will apply for reverse pickup cost.

Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

Used or washed products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable.

Size issues qualify only for exchange, not refund.
