🛍️ Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange in case of wrong product or size issues, within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).

  • Products will be exchanged for the correct size or correct item of equal value.

  • No extra charge for the first exchange – we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • If the new product has a higher price, the price difference must be paid online.

  • Product must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, folded properly, with labels intact and securely packed.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

💸 Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are offered only in genuine cases of defective product delivery.

  • To raise a return for a defective item, email us at support@neofynd.com with your order ID, issue details, and photos of the product.

  • If accepted, the refund will be credited to the original payment method or the bank details provided by you.

❗ Special Notes

  • Slight color/design variation from website or ads is not considered a defect.

  • In exceptional cases where return is accepted without any fault from our end, a ₹100 deduction will apply for reverse pickup cost.

  • Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

  • Used or washed products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable.

  • Size issues qualify only for exchange, not refund.
