📦 Delivery Timeframe

Domestic Orders (India):
Delivery takes approximately 5-8 working days, depending on your shipping address, public holidays, weather, and other logistical factors.
In rare cases, it may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.
Orders to Jammu & Kashmir or North-East India may take up to 10 working days.

📬 If Your Order Shows Delivered But You Didn’t Receive It

Sometimes, parcels are received by family members, neighbors, flat mates, or your office mail room.
If you genuinely didn’t receive it, we’ll issue a full refund after proper investigation.
Please report such cases within 48 hours of delivery notification so we can escalate it to our courier partners.

Note: Cases reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for investigation or refund.
